We will not be liable for any damage caused to your computer, your other hardware products, your software, data or other property as a result of your access to our website, or you’re downloading of any text, images or other material from our website, or emails you receive from us.
Shipping (Postage & Packaging)
We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders within 1 – 2 working days. On rare occasions, items may be out of stock in our warehouse whilst showing as available on the website. In such circumstances we will e-mail or call you ASAP to arrange a refund or exchange. We cannot be held liable in any way if there are any delays caused by the shipping companies. Please note that when an order has been dispatched, a ‘dispatch confirmation’ email is sent to the customer’s email address. The purpose of this email is to alert customers of imminent delivery so that they can make arrangements to receive the parcel.
- Shipping charges are calculated according to the weight & dimensions of the items ordered.
- At Present, we do not have automatic shipping calculations for destinations outside the USA. For such orders, you may contact us for a shipping quote. Alternatively, you may place your order and choose the ‘Non USA customers’ option. After receiving your order, we will e-mail you your shipping options within 1-2 working days. Payment will only be processed if and when you confirm your preferred shipping method.

- We have Free Drop Shipping service available for residents of WA state at various locations. Residents in the following cities can contact us and make arrangements and schedule a pickup from the Drop site.

- All other customers will be charged as per the shipping charges displayed on the checkout page.
Working Days
Please note that working days are any days excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Public holidays. Failure to enter correct billing and shipping information when placing an order may result in it being delayed.
Collecting Orders from Warehouse(Wholesale Only)
All Wholesale customers can contact us for opening a trading account and request our wholesale catalog.We will help you provide the best products for your market based on our data analytics.
It usually takes 1-2 working days to be processed. These orders are only to be collected after receiving notification by e-mail or phone that the order is ready. Please bring/quote your order number when collecting the order. Orders should be collected within 10 days of notification. Orders that are not collected within 10 working days will be cancelled and payment refunded.
Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction with any goods that you purchase from us.
If you receive your goods in such a state that they are damaged or not functioning properly, you may contact us within 3 days of receiving your goods to arrange for an exchange or refund. Please quote your order number when contacting us.
You will be liable to return the goods to us and cover the cost of shipping. We strongly recommend that returned goods are sent by special or registered delivery with the appropriate insurance cover as they will only be deemed returned when signed for by us.
Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 7 days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 7 days.
Goods must be returned ‘AS SOLD’ in the original packaging with all components and accessories. Goods must be complete, unused, and in ‘AS NEW’ condition . Goods should be received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging and in a re-sellable condition.
Goods received back not in a re-sellable condition: We are unable to accept these back under the above terms
Any ‘Discounted TESTERS'(Wholesale & Retail Customers) with the products must also be returned.
Sale and discounted items can only be exchanged and not refunded
Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorized only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within a maximum of thirty days. You will be refunded the full invoice amount less cost of delivery.
We do not offer a free collection service for returns; therefore take your parcel to the post office and request a tracked delivery service. Proof of postage is necessary and therefore we recommend that you send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods.
Please ensure all items are adequately packaged and labelled.
